What care is to be taken?
You will have to use an antiseptic mouthwash every four hours for a week after surgery, as well as an antibiotic, as a prophylactic measure. The adhesive tapes placed on the skin to fix the implant are removed in a week.
How long will I have to rest?
On the following day after surgery, you may resume work without major worries. You will be able to speak with very little discomfort.
Will I have suture marks?
The stitches are sewn up in inside the mouth and they are absorbable, which means that there is no need to remove them. They will fall by themselves.
How much will my physiognomy change?
As we said before, your appearance will improve thanks to the correction of your chin, since the jaw and the nose, the eyes and the mouth as a whole are points of facial reference and harmony.
Can this procedure be associated to another?
A mentoplasty (chin surgery) is usually associated to a rhinoplasty (nose surgery).
What should I take into account before the operation?

- Maintain good mouth hygiene.
